Shipping.

COVID-19 – EFFECTS ON SHIPPING.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, delivery times may be longer than normal.

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours, this way you can enjoy your new items as soon as possible.

We use the following couriers, depending on where you live: PostNL | DPD | DHL .

Note that we don’t ship to PO boxes.

Shipping costs per region:

NL: Standard shipping rate €2,95 | Free shipping above €50,-

BE|DE: Standard shipping rate €4,95 | Free shipping above €50,-

Standard shipping rate €12,95 | Free shipping above €100,-

Standard shipping rate €29,95 | Free shipping above €200,-

VAT (Value Added Tax).

Orders within the EU are charged with 21% VAT, according to Dutch Tax Regulations.
We don’t charge VAT on orders made outside the EU.

Note that orders outside the EU may be subject to local duties/taxes etc.
Lust for Cycling is not responsible for any of these costs, these have to be payed by the customer.

Returns.

We offer Easy Returns for EU customers. You have 30 days after recievement of your package to notify us by sending an e-mail containing your ordernumber to service@lustforcycling.com.

We will create an return label at an reduced rate and send it to your email.
Print out the label, place it on your return package and take it to your closest shipping depot. That’s all.

If you are from outside the EU, you will have to pay for the return costs yourself. You have 30 days after recievement of your order to make a return.

We don’t offer free returns on purpose. This way we aim to reduce return shipments, causing a reduce of pollution, and therefore benefit the enviroment.
Return label rates:

NL|BE|DE : €2,95*
EU: €8,95*

*These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be in ‘as-new’ condition, so they must be saleable, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and complete with all original cards and packaging. If they aren’t, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Exchanges.

We don’t offer an Exchange service.
If you want to exchange an article, please follow the steps above to make a return and place a new order.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. Unfortunately Lust for Cycling can’t be held responsible for items lost after they have been dispatched.

Faulty / damaged items.

We take pride in the high quality of our products. Unfortunately on rare occasions faults may occur. If you believe you recieved a faulty/damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@lustforcycling.com.
When a product has been qualified as faulty, we will provide a full refund or an exchange and take care of the return shipping costs.
