SHIPPING


All items are shipped from the Netherlands. When an order is placed and paid, you recieve an order confirmation by e-mail. When the package is sent you will get a second e-mail containing a track & trace link so you can plan your first ride in your new kit!

We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 working days.
Most of our packages are delivered with PostNL or DPD, depending on where you live.

NOTE: We don’t ship to P.O. boxes.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS (above €10,-)

European Union

Standard shipping rate: €15,-

FREE SHIPPING on orders over €99,-

4-6 business days

Outside European Union/Worldwide

Standard shipping rate: €25,-

FREE SHIPPING on orders over €99,-

8-12 business days

VAT (Value Added Tax)

Orders within the EU are charged with 21% VAT, according to Dutch Tax Regulations,

We don’t charge VAT on orders made outside the EU.

Orders from outside the EU may be subject to local duties and/or taxes. These have to be payed by the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 30 days after delivery took place. Return shipping costs are on customers account. We will issue a refund for the items returned minus the costs of reshipping. Goods must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition, so they must be saleable, unworn, unwashed and complete with all original cards and packaging.

*We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.

If you want to exchange an article, please follow the steps above to make a return and place a new order.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. Unfortunately LUST for cycling can’t be held responsible for items lost after they have been dispatched.

Bundles

If you bought a bundel and want to return one of the items, you can. In this situation the bundel discount will no longer apply. We will take the non bundel price of the remaining item to calculate your refund.

Faulty/damaged items

We take pride in the high quality of our products. Unfortunately on rare occasions faults may occur. If you believe you recieved a faulty/damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@lustforcycling.com.

When a product has been qualified as faulty, we will provide a full refund or an exchange and take care of the return shipping costs.
